Mountain City Club Lunch Menu

All menu items are prepared with the freshest ingredients and to order. Please allow additional time for well-done requests. All orders are served with two (2) sides, warm breads, and muffins.

Luncheon Salads

The “Carter” Salad 

Cuban-inspired salad with chunks of iceberg lettuce, julienne ham, Swiss cheese, cherry tomatoes, green olives, garlic, and oregano and tossed with extra virgin olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon.

Greek Salmon Salad

Oregano and olive oil-rubbed salmon, roasted and served with hearts of romaine, feta cheese, red peppers, cucumbers, red onion and kalamata olives.

Chef Salad 

Julienne ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, hard boiled eggs, and grape tomatoes bedded on top of mixed greens and garnished with applewood smoked bacon.

Ms. Lilly's Classic MCC Chicken or Tuna Salad 

Mixed greens with fresh fruit, pickled beets, hard boiled eggs, sweet pickles, tomatoes, carrot and celery sticks.

Dressings - Ranch, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, feta vinaigrette, and thousand island.



All sandwiches are served with your choice of french fries or kettle chips.
